Walmart Warranty Policy

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through Walmart stores, Walmart Online, and its affiliated brands. Its purpose is to clearly establish the terms of our warranty.
Request for return or refund
If for any reason the product isn't what you expected, you can initiate a return through Walmart's customer service center within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Products damaged in transit
We take care of every detail, from design to packaging. We know that our products, being made with delicate materials like glass, require special care during transport.
Therefore, if upon receiving your order you identify any visible damage resulting from the transfer, we ask that you report it to us within the first 24 hours after delivery, along with photographic evidence of the packaging and the product.
After this period, we will not be able to process replacements or refunds related to damage in transit, as we have no certainty about the condition in which it was received.
We appreciate your understanding and continue to take care of every detail so that each piece arrives in your hands just as it was intended.
Warranty against factory defects
All our wax candles sold through Walmart come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request an inspection and, if applicable, a replacement.
Below, we share the cases covered by our warranty for factory defects.
Wax candles
Wicks that are incorrectly placed or that do not light from the first use. Severe deformations upon receiving the product (air bubbles not included). Presence of foreign bodies or visible impurities in the wax.
Warranty limitations
Our warranty against manufacturing defects is limited exclusively to domestic use and does not cover the following scenarios:
Misuse of the product.
Natural wear and tear of the product due to prolonged use or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (such as humidity, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight).
Damage resulting from maintenance or cleaning with abrasive or abrasive products.
Damage caused by accidents, falls, natural phenomena, among others.
Signs of normal wear and tear from daily use, such as scratches, cuts, or any damage caused by accidental situations.
Use of the product under conditions other than those for which it was designed.
Alterations or repairs to the product carried out by personnel other than the Aurigal team.
Variations inherent to the nature of the materials. These include differences in color, pattern, and texture. These variations are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects.
This warranty policy, published on aurigal.com.mx, applies exclusively to products purchased through Walmart's online channels and affiliated stores. It is effective from the date of publication.
